I wish I saw this article 1 month ago. I have been sitting on my food truck business plan for a year. Perhaps I can join in for next year’s round. It is about time Ottawa got some flare onto the streets, there is so much outdoor activity in the city and valley, trucks/ carts/ stalls are desperately needed to add the missing energy on the street.
